We think these mixed media pocket cards are crazy fun! Dorlene applied her mixed media techniques to create these colorful and fun pocket cards using our vintage clear stamp sets.
These pocket cards were made from a 12×12″ piece of cardstock. Dorlene created the mixed media background on the cardstock before cutting it. She used paints, inks, markers, paper, washi tape and our Tea Party clear stamp set to create the background. She then cut the piece into three 4×12″ strips and then into three 4×6″ cards and six 3×4″ cards and rounded the corners.
In order to create an area for journaling, Dorlene painted an area whith white acrylic paint and drew lines over it with a pen.
How fun is that? What a gorgeous way to document a trip or journal about your favorite things!
You can get more details about how Dorlene decorated and pieced each card on her blog post.
